Our property includes a noise monitoring system to ensure a comfortable stay for you and peace for our neighbors. This system detects loud sounds or music, especially late at night. It measures sound levels but doesn't record or listen to conversations. If noise gets too high, we get an alert, helping us keep the environment quiet and relaxing for everyone.

To ensure a secure and seamless stay, all guests complete a quick verification through Truvi, our independent trust and safety partner.

After booking, Truvi will contact you directly to complete:

  • Selection of one of the following protection options:

– Non-refundable damage waiver (typically $70–$350, depending on the property and coverage amount), or

– Refundable security deposit hold with a small administrative fee
