Each residence features four ensuite bedrooms, generous living areas, and a clean contemporary aesthetic with beautiful tile finishes throughout. Both homes have been newly built and sit in a quiet, peaceful pocket of the Sunshine Coast, creating a relaxed base for families seeking comfort, space, and convenience. Guests may reserve one home for up to eight guests, or combine the two for group stays of up to sixteen.

Both homes offer reliable WiFi, air conditioning, smart TVs, and keyless entry for smooth arrivals. The design is family friendly, and well-behaved pets are welcome. No concierge services or add-ons are offered at this time.

For added safety, we have cameras outside the property. These cameras monitor who comes and goes and help secure the area. They are only for security and placed in common areas facing the entrance places and around the property's perimeter, respecting your privacy while keeping the property safe.
Noise Monitoring:
Our property includes a noise monitoring system to ensure a comfortable stay for you and peace for our neighbors. This system detects loud sounds or music, especially late at night. It measures sound levels but doesn't record or listen to conversations. If noise gets too high, we get an alert, helping us keep the environment quiet and relaxing for everyone.

To ensure a secure and seamless stay, all guests complete a quick verification through Truvi, our independent trust and safety partner.
After booking, Truvi will contact you directly to complete:

Selection of one of the following protection options:
– Non-refundable damage waiver (typically $70–$350, depending on the property and coverage amount), or
– Refundable security deposit hold with a small administrative fee
