The gourmet kitchen includes dual Bertazzoni Italian ovens, floating cabinets, a spacious servery, and pop-up small appliances. A wet bar with a bar fridge adds another convenient space for hosting. The home also includes a pool table, large-screen TV, and fireplace. Outdoor spaces include a furnished deck or patio, BBQ, balcony, heated saltwater pool, and private hot tub. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private balcony with lake views, and ensuite bathroom with a dual-head steam shower and jetted tub. Important Notes

Exterior Cameras: For added safety, we have cameras outside the property. These cameras monitor who comes and goes and help secure the area. They are only for security and placed in common areas facing the entrance places and around the property's perimeter, respecting your privacy while keeping the property safe.

Noise Monitoring: Our property includes a noise monitoring system to ensure a comfortable stay for you and peace for our neighbors. This system detects loud sounds or music, especially late at night. It measures sound levels but doesn't record or listen to conversations. If noise gets too high, we get an alert, helping us keep the environment quiet and relaxing for everyone.

Policies Tab

Cancellation Policy:

• The Guest may cancel or make changes to the Agreement within 24 hours of the Agreement, provided that the Rental Period is at least 14 days away.
• The Agency will treat the Agreement as cancelled without any further notice in the event that: a) the Guest gives written notification of cancellation or b) the Guest fails to pay the balance of Rent due by 45 days prior to the commencement of the Rental Period.
• In the event that the Agreement is so cancelled, the Agency may re-book the Property for the Rental Period or any part thereof to any other party, without further notice to the Guest.
• The Guest is not entitled to refund or cancellation for natural disaster or adverse weather, including unusually severe precipitation, wildfire, sleet, snow, hail, or extreme temperature or air conditions in excess of the norm for the location and time of year, nor road closures emerging from adverse weather conditions. Given the high risk of adverse weather conditions in recent years, Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance policies that will protect them in the event of trip cancellation due to natural disaster.
• If the Property is uninhabitable, including due to natural disaster or adverse weather leading to an evacuation order, the Guest will be entitled to reschedule within one year of the reservation date, convert to credit, or receive a full refund.

Deposit Policy:

• The rental rate for the Rental Period is quoted in CAD (the "Rent").
• For all bookings made 46 or more days prior to the Rental Period, a first payment equalling 50% of the total balance is due upon signing the Agreement. This payment is non-refundable.
• A second and final payment equalling 50% of the total balance is due 45 days prior to the first day of the Rental Period. This payment is non-refundable.
• For all bookings made 45 days or less to the Rental Period, 100% of the total balance is due in full. This payment is non-refundable.
• Advance deposits will be automatically charged to the Guest's credit card if unpaid 7 days after their respective due dates. Please note that there is a $250 penalty associated with late payments, which penalty will be automatically charged to the Guest's credit card at the same time as the advance deposits.

Security Deposit Policy:

The Security Deposit is calculated as 40% of the peak season weekly rental rate for rentals of up to 2 weeks and 25% of the total rental value if the reservation is longer than 2 weeks. If the rental period is not in the peak season, a minimum security deposit of $X will be applied.

Payment Fees:

Credit Card: If you are paying with credit card, the processing fee is 4%.

Wire: If you are paying via wire transfer, the service fee is $17 per wire.

RestNest is entitled to treat the booking of any Guest as cancelled in the event that: a) the Guest gives written notification of cancellation; b) the Guest fails to pay the full deposit due or the balance of rent by the time specified above. In the event that the booking is so cancelled, RestNest may re-book the property for the period concerned or for part of that period.

Last Minute Bookings:

Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged a $500 Booking Fee.

Bookings made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged an additional $1,000 Booking Fee.
