Interior and Layout

This beautifully designed home spans three light-filled levels, offering both privacy and seamless gathering spaces. The open-concept main floor anchors the home with a modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a large island with bar seating, flowing effortlessly into a comfortable living area suited for relaxed evenings or casual entertaining.

Each bedroom is designed as a calming retreat with plush bedding and refined décor. The spa-inspired primary suite is a standout, offering a private patio and a luxurious ensuite. Throughout the home, guests will appreciate practical comforts including fast Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, smart lock entry, and in-suite laundry.

Please note that while the kitchen is fully equipped for guest use, one or two cabinets are locked for owner storage. This does not impact functionality, and guests have access to everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The rooftop patio is the defining feature of the home, offering panoramic views of Okanagan Lake and the surrounding mountains. Whether soaking in the hot tub, preparing meals on the BBQ, or unwinding in the lounge seating, this elevated space is ideal for both daytime relaxation and evening wind-downs.

In addition, guests have access to a shared private beach and dock just steps away, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying time by the water.

Special Features and Add-ons

This townhome balances modern convenience with thoughtful design details, highlighted by the rooftop hot tub, spa-style primary suite, and smart home features. Parking is straightforward and flexible, with guest parking available directly in front of the unit, designated guest spaces nearby, and additional parking at the rear of the property. Guests can also access the unit from the back.

Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.

Positioned near the bridge for easy access, the home allows for quick connections throughout Kelowna. Downtown restaurants, shops, wineries, and waterfront attractions are all a short drive away, while Dockside Marine Centre nearby offers convenient options for boating and water-based activities. This location provides a balance of accessibility and a relaxed lakeside atmosphere.

Exterior Cameras:

For added safety, we have cameras outside the property. These cameras monitor who comes and goes and help secure the area. They are only for security and placed in common areas facing the entrance places, and around the property's perimeter, respecting your privacy while keeping the property safe.

Noise Monitoring:

Our property includes a noise monitoring system to ensure a comfortable stay for you and peace for our neighbors. This system detects loud sounds or music, especially late at night. It measures sound levels but doesn't record or listen to conversations. If noise gets too high, we get an alert, helping us keep the environment quiet and relaxing for everyone.

To ensure a secure and seamless stay, all guests complete a quick verification through Truvi, our independent trust and safety partner.

After booking, Truvi will contact you directly to complete:

Selection of one of the following protection options:

         – Non-refundable damage waiver (typically $70–$350, depending on the property and coverage amount), or

         – Refundable security deposit hold with a small administrative fee

This process is handled securely through Truvi and must be completed prior to check-in.
