Throughout the home, guests will appreciate practical comforts including fast Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, smart lock entry, and in-suite laundry.
Please note that while the kitchen is fully equipped for guest use, one or two cabinets are locked for owner storage. This does not impact functionality, and guests have access to everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Exterior Cameras:
For added safety, we have cameras outside the property. These cameras monitor who comes and goes and help secure the area. They are only for security and placed in common areas facing the entrance places, and around the property's perimeter, respecting your privacy while keeping the property safe.
Noise Monitoring:
Our property includes a noise monitoring system to ensure a comfortable stay for you and peace for our neighbors. This system detects loud sounds or music, especially late at night. It measures sound levels but doesn't record or listen to conversations. If noise gets too high, we get an alert, helping us keep the environment quiet and relaxing for everyone.
