Large windows let in plenty of natural light, offering unbroken views of the beautiful Okanagan Lake. The room features cosy seating arrangements where you can relax, chat, or watch TV. Its open design ensures that whether you're cooking, dining, or lounging, you're always part of the action and the view. Dining Amenities: The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Here, you'll find a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker, along with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. You'll also find small appliances like a toaster and kettle. The layout is open, which means you can enjoy the lake views even while you're cooking. Dining is possible both indoor and outdoors. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The house comprises three well-appointed bedrooms, each tailored for a peaceful and restful stay. Two of the bedrooms feature a comfortable king and queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two cosy bunk beds (4 single beds), suitable for both kids and adults. Every room is spacious and tastefully decorated, offering ample storage space for your personal belongings. In terms of bathroom facilities, two bedrooms come with their own private, modern bathrooms. The third bathroom is conveniently located in the living area, easily accessible for everyone. Each bathroom is clean, well-maintained, and fitted with all necessary essentials such as a shower, sink, and toilet. With these amenities, every guest can enjoy their own private space to freshen up and unwind. Outdoor Facilities: One of the highlights of our house is the outdoor area with a pool and a hot tub. You can take a refreshing swim in the pool, or relax in the hot tub while enjoying the amazing lake views. It's a great spot for some leisure time, day or night. Below the pool, there's a large deck with an outdoor BBQ station - perfect for grilling. The deck also has a big dining table that can seat 10 people. It's a great place to have meals while taking in the scenery. And when the sun sets, you can gather around the fire pit, share stories, and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. Other Features: Down a short trail from the main house, you'll find a small cabin right by the lakeshore. This two-story cabin adds to the charm and uniqueness of our property. The lower level of the cabin has a sofa bed and a small kitchen area with a fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The upper level has two single beds and a unique toilet that incinerates waste. The cabin has a deck with a dining table, offering a beautiful spot to enjoy a meal or drink while overlooking the beach. The trail from the house to the lakeshore is a simple path of grass and dirt, sloping downwards. It's a short walk suitable for most fitness levels. The cabin has an outdoor shower for a unique, close-to-nature experience. Remember, the toilet in the cabin is an incinerating model - different, but easy to use. Canadians who are born and raised here may like the fishing experience. Expect to catch some large rainbow trout or a Kokanee salmon From our docks. Would need to bring your own fishing rods. THE SETTING Scenery: The property enjoys an absolute lakefront setting. You will enjoy the presence of the tranquil waters throughout your stay. The view of the water is seen from every room while surrounding woodland trees will shade you as you explore the outdoors. Neighborhood: This home is peacefully situated on the serene banks of Okanagan Lake, a haven for those seeking tranquillity and natural beauty. We are part of a quiet, respectful neighborhood, ideal for restful retreats. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels to a minimum and respect our neighbors' boundaries. This location offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature. From marmots and squirrels to beavers and deer, the diverse wildlife will delight nature enthusiasts. Enjoy the calm lapping of the lake's waters and the harmonious sounds of nature throughout your stay. Getting around: While the property offers ample activities and relaxation opportunities, the neighborhood also boasts scenic trails perfect for hiking and exploring. IMPORTANT NOTES Host Availability and Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire property. The host will be available for any queries or concerns throughout the stay. Noise Monitoring: Our property includes a noise monitoring system to ensure a comfortable stay for you and peace for our neighbors. This system detects loud sounds or music, especially late at night. It measures sound levels but doesn't record or listen to conversations. If noise gets too high, we get an alert, helping us keep the environment quiet and relaxing for everyone. Exterior Cameras: For added safety, we have cameras outside the property. These cameras monitor who comes and goes and help secure the area. They are only for security and placed in common areas facing the entrance places, and around the property's perimeter, respecting your privacy while keeping the property safe. Insurance: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We also use SUPERHOG to collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
